Summit to sea has a few meanings to me. One, it tells a tale of my life. Growing up in the Seattle area, as a kid, I was always in the mountains. I loved every aspect of it. Then as I moved to Florida and now California, it is about the sea. I still spend a lot of time in the mountains, but the sea is a greater influence as of now. This surf art brings the color of both into a mix of time and space.
