My flagship painting for this series, I love the sky. I have been playing around with layering the colors in different orders to give different effects. Not always putting dark down first can be fun. It gives a much different feeling of space when you experiment with the order of paint when dealing with sunsets. I have used the image of an empty boat in a few pieces. There is something rather serene seeing an empty boat in the water or line up. It invites you to get in.
